The first phase of our process in developing a digital campaign strategy is to learn as much as we can about your business. If we can understand the overarching goal of how digital campaigns will contribute to your business, this gives us a bigger picture grasp on how paid ads can integrate seamlessly into your marketing efforts. This involves understanding your competition, previous advertising efforts, and product lineup — and your goals for your campaign — whether that’s driving awareness, leads, or sales.

Plan

After goals and context have been established, we work with you in the planning phase to nail down exactly what campaigns we want to launch, on which platforms, and at what time. This process takes the overarching strategy and creates an operational calendar. Doing so, we can take the ebb and flow of your specific industry into account, and react to changes in the market, whether that’s on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or even yearly cadence.

Build

After the plan has been developed, we execute on the strategy. Utilizing our vast knowledge of almost all paid ad platforms, we know what levers and settings to utilize on the backend in order to set up campaigns to achieve the most effective results. We will work closely with you to review campaign drafts to ensure ad copy, creative, and conversion tracking is all in a good place before launching.

Launch

The launch phase is where all the hard work of the previous phases meets the real world. As the campaign goes live, our team closely monitors tracking, reporting, and initial results for early signs that we’ve set the campaigns up for success or that initial adjustments may be needed.

Learn

After the initial launch period, we can dive deep into the data we’ve gained to uncover valuable insights so we can make data-driven decisions and see which hypotheses were correct and which proved less accurate. This phase is where we can check our progress against the initial plan, and begin making adjustments.

Iterate

Digital advertising is never static, so there are always insights we can gain to further optimize and improve results. We take everything we learned from the initial launch phase and create a plan for the next phases. We make data-driven decisions based on hard-won expertise, but we never stop updating our assumptions, testing our optimizations, and generating new ideas to push your campaign to the next level.
