The Opportunity

Impact ES has recently grown to become a multisite family of companies that provide full-service electronics design and manufacturing services. They were looking for a way to begin the process of sunsetting their individual company websites and instead have one single website that showcases all of their various capabilities in a unified way. They needed an agency that could help them strategize and build the new unified website despite their highly technical niche.

The Plan

Website Discovery

The Delegator team worked closely with Impact ES’s leadership to determine key stakeholders in the project and conduct interviews. We also did a technical discovery and content evaluation on the various separate websites that were being consolidated. Finally, we did an in-depth competitor analysis to find how relevant competitors were organizing the information on their websites and look for opportunities to gain advantages. Some of key areas we emphasized for strategizing the new website as a result of this were brand positioning, information architecture, and technical debt.

Website Build

Once all stakeholders were aligned on the appropriate path forward, we executed our outlined plan in the discovery project. Our process included: 

  • In-depth information architecture planning with key information from each consolidated website

  • Detailed wireframes and design

  • Copywriting for all new pages

  • Web development 

  • Quality assurance testing  

  • Launch
