Delegator, Tennessee’s original Google Certified Agency Partner, is looking for a full-time Business Development Representative to work alongside our existing sales and operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a basic, if not advanced, knowledge of digital advertising and some knowledge or experience with businesses that make a significant amount of their revenue online, either through direct ecommerce sales or online lead generation. As a Business Development Representative at Delegator, you will have the full support from the entire team and be allowed to grow in your role for larger opportunities based on results.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will learn quickly, work proactively, have knowledge of how the internet works within the context of real-world businesses and be a team player. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (direct visits, email, phone, events, inbound website leads and call-ins, etc.)
Reach out to businesses around the country, speaking with decision-makers to convert conversations into new clients.
Cultivate relationships with complementary firms, such as web development shops, creative ad agencies, and others to grow new business through shared projects.
Generate prospecting lists and research contact information for the relevant individuals.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, managing all respective sales activities (call notes, email tracking, follow-ups, etc.) using the Delegator CRM.
In tandem with internal team members, assemble proposals that connect Delegator’s services to the prospect’s business goals and digital marketing needs.
Accountably provide accurate sales forecast numbers.
Meet or exceed sales goals and proactively manage the sales pipeline.
Post-sale, actively seek ways to increase account performance and client satisfaction.

Previous B2B sales experience (ideally more than 3 years)
