Delegator Careers

About Delegator

Delegator is a digital advertising agency located in downtown Chattanooga. The agency focuses on increasing online traffic, improving conversion, and analyzing results.

Delegator lives and dies by its results. We are performance marketers who understand that digital advertising requires attentive, resourceful management in order to be successful. Accordingly, the agency has built a team of experts with a strong sense of integrity and unusually high standards for performance. We serve as a direct extension of our clients’ marketing team, working exclusively from our onshore office in Chattanooga.

As a part of a stable, yet fast-growing agency, job candidates should expect to work hard alongside a collaborative, supportive team. Our company culture fosters trust and frees us to focus on performance. Save your drama for your mama.

Delegator is a fun to place to work. On any typically day, in addition to people crunching spreadsheets and meeting with clients, you might find intense ping pong matches, dogs hanging out, coffee making time trials, walking club, book club, and on occasion, board game tournaments, company lunches, and gaming. All new employees must use the Crusher on their first day.

Delegator provides official benefits as well, including paid health insurance, vacation, and 401k plans.
