Pro Diligence will review, investigate, and evaluate web based assets and software applications looking for strengths and weaknesses. This independent review can help evaluate the value or viability of a target company, division, or product.
Pro Diligence offers a range of review levels. Pricing for each level will be narrowed or expanded based on a few factors including the size of the site, traffic levels, and other custom elements. A detailed scope and specific pricing will be provided before performing any of the following reviews.
Snapshot Review
This snapshot will cover a basic review of various aspects of a site including analytics, paid search, SEO, and a surface-level codebase review. The goal of this review is to outline the high level opportunity broken down into key categories. While some action items may be listed, actionable recommendations will not be a focus as much as giving a general idea of the health of the site. A 3-5 page report will be delivered in a dedicated meeting.
Standard Review
This Standard Review will take a deeper dive into each of the areas listed in the Snapshot Review. Specific issues will be researched to better understand the historical issues and the possible future implications.
We will also review off-page elements such as social media and public relations as they relate the overall online presence of the company. Actionable recommendations will be provided in each category as well as a detailed breakdown of the opportunities. A detailed report will be delivered in a dedicated meeting(s).
Comprehensive Review
The Comprehensive Review will cover many site aspects including all of components listed in the Snapshot and Standard Review. Findings will be researched thoroughly and additional subject areas will be covered. The code base will be fully reviewed as well as any frameworks or Content Management Systems. We will also perform a security audit of the site to outline any potential security threats.
A detailed report covering all areas listed above, as well as a detailed SWOT analysis, will be provided. Dedicated meetings to review each section of the review will be scheduled to discuss the details of each category of the review. This review will be heavily tailored to the site under review.
